Content creator, full-time worker, globe trotter, movement lover

My name is Candy Chan and I am a full-time worker, content creator and lover of life

On this blog, I share all the knowledge and inspiration from my personal growth journey so that perhaps you may be empowered to live to your fullest potential.

You can find resources for personal growth, intentional living, yoga, meditation, and success tips to become the best version of yourself and create your best life.

For those of you who are tired of being stuck, who want to step out of passively floating through life, and learn to embrace your unique true self, WELCOME!

A little about me

  1. I have been working for 10 years, first as a public servant, then as a business consultant. I have a huge passion for leadership and coaching and am constantly honing my skills in these areas through work. If you are curious, check out my LinkedIn profile.

  2. Born and bred in Singapore, I studied in the UK for 4 years, 3 for my Bachelors in Economics and 1 for my MBA – I graduated in 2014 and now focus on life-long learning through online resources.

  3. On my yoga blog, I write mostly about yoga and health topics. Check it out here.

  4. On this website, I write about personal growth, my side hustles and attempts to make passive income, and general life advice which have been helpful for my growth journey.

  5. Besides being a movement fanatic, I enjoy unleashing my creativity through painting, cross-stitching, and scrap-booking.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.
